The WSLA 2024 facilitator team is led by three experts in leadership development from our partners at Leading Edge Performance. In collaboration with staff at the University of Chichester, they have carefully crafted an innovative programme to support and challenge our participants. Joining them are three returning graduates to WSLA who were successful after a competitive application process. This continues the legacy of investing in graduates of our programmes and furthering their career opportunities and experiences. Each of our facilitators have extensive knowledge of sport, whether that be from experiences of being elite-level athletes or working within sport and sport-for-change organisations for decades.
